ONESOFT GLOBAL CO., LIMITED strictly abides by global data privacy legislation, including the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO, Cap. 486), EU GDPR, and Google Play & Apple Developer Policies. Data is gathered strictly for product stability and player experience.

The application may collect non-personal technical telemetry automatically, including device model, operating system version, anonymous install identifiers, and localized game performance metrics. We do not harvest sensitive personal data from minors.

Our applications do not collect precise real-time GPS coordinates. Coarse geographic region may be inferred via IP solely to deliver regionally optimized gameplay servers and localized linguistic assets.

You may opt out of all in-app telemetry by uninstalling the application using standard OS removal routines. You may also contact our Hong Kong Data Protection Officer directly at privacy@onesoft.hk to request data removal.

User-provided and game progress data is preserved while your account remains active. Anonymized diagnostic logs are retained for up to 12 months in aggregate form. Deletion inquiries will be serviced promptly within 30 days via privacy@onesoft.hk.

We maintain rigorous procedural, electronic, and physical safeguards. Access to server architecture is strictly limited to authorized engineers who adhere to strict non-disclosure obligations.

This Privacy Policy is updated periodically to reflect evolving regulatory frameworks. Any changes are posted here on onesoft.hk with an updated revision date.
